Big Boys Toys and More is pleased to host the American Red Cross of Acadiana’s 2^nd Annual Louisiana Cajun Barbeque State Championship on July 11^th and 12^th, 2008 at the Cajundome Convention Center in Lafayette, Louisiana.  

As a participant in the event, you will be able to compete in the professional judging competition sanctioned by the International Barbeque Cookers Association (IBCA) and/or the amateur’s People’s Choice Competition where the winners are decided by public vote. The 2007 event featured some of the top cooks from Texas and Louisiana.  The 2008 event is expected to be bigger and better and the competition even hotter!. 

This very important fundraiser event will support the vital programs and services of the American Red Cross of Acadiana.
